Terms of purchase
Tickets purchased for Sailing Trips are generally non-refundable. Tickets purchased are generally only refunded in the event of cancellation. In principle, tickets are always refunded to the person who purchased the ticket.
Fees, charges and any forwarding costs are non-refundable.
United Sailing Ships cannot be held liable for problems arising from the copying or resale of tickets.
Customers in possession of illegally copied or illegally resold tickets will not be allowed to take part in the event.
Personally-attributable information (name, address, etc.) is filed and transmitted unencrypted. The transmission and filing takes placed in a closed network, however. In other words, this information is inaccessible from the internet. All payment-related information is sent encrypted to Nets.

The following payment cards are acceptable means of payment on DeForenedeSejlskibe.dk:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, V Pay, Visa Electron and JCB.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
Pursuant to “Section 17(2), cf. Section 9(2)(2a), of the Danish Act on certain consumer agreements”, the purchase of tickets is NOT covered by the right of cancellation.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS EXCEPTED
De Forenede Sejlskibe I/S cannot be held liable for errors or omissions in prices and descriptions.
